Your Loved One

Adult day centers allow your loved one opportunites to make new friends and build community.

Your loved one will engage in planned group activities such as recreation and cultural immersion that stimulate your parent or partner and help them maintain their mental and physical wellbeing. We will arrange and provide transportation to our inviting and safe facility at no cost to your senior.

We offer supportive services to your loved one by providing optimal care and supervision in a protective environment during the day.

Emmanuel Adult Day Center provides a structured program of therapeutic, rehabilitative, social and leisure activities in a well-monitored setting. We currently service individuals who are 18 and over and meet the necessary requirements of the program through state issued guidelines.

Why EADC is good for your senior?

Counseling EADC has an on-site Licensed Professional Counselor to meet with both participants and their families to help aid in their mental health needs. Services include psychological/emotional support through individual & group sessions. Case management services are also provided on an as needed basis. Medical care/Health screenings

Medical care/Health screenings EADC has an in-house RN to provide medical services & health screenings to each participant. Our RN on roster meets regularly with particpants to complete routine vital checks and administer any medications on-site. The RN also provides direct communication to families and Primary Care Physicians on any changes or concerns of the participant. The RN also coordinates with the PCP any other services provided on-site.

Community

Community EADC creates an optimal environment for community & socialization in our facility. We want our seniors to use their mental faculties to the fullest. We focus our efforts to ensure your loved ones are continually engaged through communication and discussions, arts & crafts, field trips, daily recreation, and much more.

Transportation/Meals

Transportation/Meals Healthy meals are provided every day the center is open. Meal time is a group experience and takes place in our activity area where games such as bingo are sometimes played. If your senior does not have a car, our driver will take you to and from our center in our comfortable and climate-controlled van.

Exercise/Recreation

Exercise/Recreation Exercise equipment such as a treadmill is available for use anytime the center is open. A billiards table and Pop-A-Shot baskeball game is also free-to-use. And your senior can have a fun time by participating in card games and bingo throughout the week.
