EADC’s sevices benefit your loved one’s wellbeing

Adult Day Care Service is defined as the continuous care and supervision of disabled adults in a licensed adult day center setting for up to ten hours per day for a maximun of five days-a-week.

Services include but are not limited to assistance with activities of daily living, planned group activities, food services, client observation, skilled nursing services, and transportation

Some of the benefits include:

EADC has on-site Licensed Professional Counselor to meet with both participants and their families to help aid in their mental health needs. Services include psychological/emotional support through individual & group sessions. Case management services are also provided on an as needed basis. EADC has an in-house RN to provide medical services & health screenings to each participant. Our RN on roster meets regularly with particpants to complete routine vital checks and administer any medications on-site. The RN also provides direct communication to families and Primary Care Physicians on any changes or concerns of the participant. The RN also coordinates with the PCP any other services provided on-site.

EADC creates an optimal environment for community & socialization in our facility. We want our seniors to use their mental faculties to the fullest. We focus our efforts to ensure your loved ones are continually engaged through communication and discussions, arts & crafts, field trips, daily recreation, and much more.

Seniors that attend Emmanuel Adult Day Center receive care and compassion through staff supervision in an inviting and safe setting during the day, evening, or weekends.
